Wallet packages are designed to offer better value and greater flexibility for users who plan to enjoy multiple sessions. Your balance can be used across different advisors and session lengths whenever you need it. SECURE PAYMENTS THROUGH THE APP STORE All purchases in the iOS version of Vellen are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Vellen does not use a separate card payment system on iOS. Your credit or debit card details and App Store payment credentials are processed by Apple. Vellen does not receive, view, or store your full card details. Apple displays the final amount before you confirm your purchase. Final prices may vary depending on your country or region, currency, local pricing, and applicable taxes. YOUR CONVERSATIONS Completed sessions remain available in your Activity history, allowing you to revisit previous conversations whenever you like. You can also save advisors to your favorites and easily find them again later. IN-APP SUPPORT Need help?
