Your health is the main quest. Built by one developer. No ads, no feed, nothing sold — your habits are the only thing that heals the hero who raids a dungeon for you every night. New Game Plus turns water, steps, calories, protein, sleep and screen time into daily quests — and your real-life discipline into a pixel-art hero who goes into the dark alone while you sleep and comes home in the morning with loot, hurt. Not a badge. Not a pet that claps. A hero whose condition is a readout of how you treated yourself yesterday. HOW IT WORKS 1. Every night while you sleep, your hero raids a dungeon. The length of your phone-free night is the length of the raid. 2. Every morning, watch a short replay: the rooms, the monsters, the traps, the chests — and the state they came home in. Battered, Bruised, Sore, Tired or Fit. 3. Every daily quest you claim heals the hero one step and buffs tonight's run. Protein sharpens their attack, steps keep them regenerating, water fills their mana, screen time keeps them out of traps. Skip your quests and they go back in hurt. DAILY QUESTS • Water, steps, calories and protein — log in a tap, or scan a meal, a barcode or a bottle • Sleep and screen time track themselves; steps count automatically • Claim a quest and watch the hero get better on the spot — the quests are the medicine THE DUNGEON • Six themed dungeons — goblin warrens, a crypt, a hollow, caverns, a forge, a keep — each with its own monsters, traps and boss • The hero re-enters the same dungeon every night until the boss falls, then moves on • A replay every morning with the night's events stamped to your real clock THE ISLAND • By day, send the hero exploring: one-, two- and six-hour trips bring back gold, gear, ore and supplies • Pack potions, charms and bombs for tonight's raid THE FORGE • Six gear slots, a trait and four rolled lines per piece, breakthroughs every 10 levels • Level pieces with gold, salvage or combine spare drops, reroll lines deeper in • Luck is a real stat: it tilts chests, drops and the rooms the hero finds STREAKS, GYM AND WIDGET • Keep the streak: three quests a day in week one, climbing to five • Check in at a real gym; a long enough session earns a gear chest when you leave • A home-screen widget shows today's quests and the slime's mood PRIVATE BY DESIGN The sleep and screen-time quests use Apple's Screen Time API. Everything runs on your device — we never see which apps you use, and your exact minutes never even reach the app. Health figures stay in your save, not in our analytics. Weekly and yearly plans, each with a 7-day free trial.
