Gratitude Garden: App Blocker

Your apps stay locked until you write down what you're grateful for. Then they're yours for the rest of the day. Gratitude Garden is a gentle app blocker with a gratitude journal at its heart. Every entry plants something new in your garden, so the habit becomes something you can see grow. FOR PEOPLE WHO… • reach for social media before they're fully awake • have set screen time limits and tapped "ignore" every time • keep meaning to start a gratitude practice, and never quite do • would rather start the day with something good than with the feed HOW IT WORKS Choose the apps that steal your mornings. Every day, Gratitude Garden keeps them closed until you've written. Answer three quiet questions — a thing, a moment, a person — and pick one to say a little more about. It takes under two minutes, and then everything unlocks for the rest of the day. No snooze button. No "just five more minutes." The only way through is three good things. WRITE, THEN GROW When you're done, a new plant takes root in your garden. Come back tomorrow and another one grows. After a week you have a small patch. After a month, something worth walking through. No scores, no shaming — just a garden that quietly fills in. YOUR GARDEN, OVER TIME Every plant is tied to the day you earned it. Scroll back through the archive to reread what you wrote, or turn the garden to take in a whole season at once. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No feed. No cloud. No one else reading your entries. Your journal stays on your phone. — TRY IT FREE Your first week is completely free, with no payment details needed.
