Tideframe Rental Record

Rental Record helps renters document the condition of a home before, during, and after a tenancy. Create organized, photo-backed records that are easier to review, compare, and share when questions arise about property condition or a security deposit. DOCUMENT ROOM BY ROOM Create a rental, begin an inspection, and work through guided room checklists. Record the condition of walls, floors, appliances, fixtures, doors, windows, and more. ADD PHOTOS AND OBSERVATIONS Attach photos to individual checklist items or add general evidence for the room. Written observations let you record details that may not be obvious from a photo alone. COMPARE CONDITIONS OVER TIME Keep move-in and move-out inspections together and review evidence across different stages of a tenancy. CREATE ORGANIZED REPORTS Turn your inspection records into clear, exportable reports that can be saved or shared. KEEP EVERYTHING TOGETHER Organize rentals, inspections, rooms, maintenance information, photos, and observations in one app. PRIVACY-FOCUSED Rental Record does not require an account. Your rental records remain under your control, with optional iCloud backup support. Rental Record includes free functionality with optional Rental Record Pro upgrades available through an annual subscription or lifetime purchase. Rental Record is a documentation and organization tool. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee the outcome of any rental, deposit, insurance, or legal dispute.
