Bali Villa Checker

Bali Villa Checker simplifies the entire process of documenting a villa handover—and then evolves into a practical, everyday toolkit for managing the property afterwards. VILLA HANDOVERS MADE SIMPLE Walk into each room, photograph defects and unfinished work, describe the issue, set its priority and record the recommended solution. Instead of manually arranging notes and photographs into documents, Bali Villa Checker turns your inspection data into professional-looking PDF reports and spreadsheets. Evidence, descriptions, locations and before-and-after photographs are organised automatically, helping you create a clear handover record with far less administrative work. Photos taken through the app can include their capture time and GPS coordinates, providing a stronger record of where and when each issue was documented. FULL-QUALITY PHOTOS WITH GOOGLE DRIVE The app works without requiring an account. When you sign in with Google, you can store full-quality original photographs in your own Google Drive, organised by villa. Generated reports can include links to those originals, making it easy for owners, contractors and managers to inspect the full-resolution evidence without overloading the document itself. FROM HANDOVER TO VILLA MANAGEMENT Once the handover is complete, Bali Villa Checker becomes a versatile villa-management toolkit designed to keep owners, managers and staff working from the same structured information. STAFF SPOT CHECKS Create guided checks for housekeeping, pool maintenance, general maintenance and other operational roles. Staff can follow room-by-room tasks, provide required photographs, record notes and sign off completed work. This gives managers a consistent record of what was checked, who completed it and what still needs attention. BOOKING CALENDARS Connect compatible iCal calendar feeds from Airbnb and other booking or property-management platforms. View upcoming arrivals, departures and cancellations alongside your villa-management work, helping staff prepare the property without switching between multiple systems. UTILITY BILLS Keep track of villa bills, payment status, due dates and supporting photographs in one place. Staff can record bills in the field while managers maintain a clearer view of outstanding property expenses. SIMPLIFIED VILLA INVENTORY Use pre-populated inventory categories and items to make thorough inventory checks faster and more consistent. Staff can count items, add photographs, record discrepancies and produce polished inventory documents with names and signatures. The result is a professional record suitable for handovers, routine checks and resolving disputes. PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS WITHOUT THE DESK WORK Bali Villa Checker is built to reduce repetitive data entry and document formatting. Your staff collect information while walking through the villa; the app turns it into structured PDFs and spreadsheets that are ready to save, share or deliver to owners and contractors. WORKS IN THE FIELD Core inspection, photography, data entry and document-generation features work on the device, so poor villa Wi-Fi does not have to stop an inspection. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED TO START Begin inspecting immediately. Google sign-in is only needed for features such as team collaboration and storing full-quality original photographs in Google Drive. Available in English, Indonesian, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese.
