Crappy to Happy

Crappy to Happy uses points to turn crap into treats. It's not about ignoring the bad stuff—it's about flipping it into something that actually works for you. Jot down the crap in a few words. Every time it happens, tap once to earn points. Once you've saved up enough, redeem a treat you set aside for yourself. No annoying ads. No complicated sign-up. Just open and go. How it works 1. Write down the crap that gets to you. When it happens, tap it to earn points. 2. Add the treats you want and how many points each one costs. Got enough? Redeem it as a reward to yourself. 3. Crap earns points, treats spend them. You see every swap clearly, so you stay in control of your own pace.
