About Sossego: Block Apps
Sossego blocks the apps that steal your hours — and shows you how much you got back. No account, no sign-up, no subscription. HOW IT WORKS Pick the 2 or 3 apps that pull hardest at your hand. Set a schedule — or block right now. When you try to open a blocked app, Sossego shows up instead. TWO MODES • Pause — a 10-second breath before you decide. If you still want in, you get in: 5 minutes, then the block returns. • Lock — no way out until the schedule ends. Turning it on asks for confirmation, because there's no going back. DAILY PROTECTION A schedule that turns itself on, every day. Quiet nights, work hours, mornings without feeds — or your own. No willpower required. WHAT YOU GET BACK Every time you walk away, Sossego counts the time back. Every Sunday morning, a weekly summary: how many hours you recovered — in hours, not in promises. PRIVACY Your apps and your usage stay on your device. We send only anonymous statistics about how the app works — never who you are or what you block. Sossego uses Apple's Screen Time API: the apps you pick are identified by codes not even we can read. FREE Today Sossego is free: everything you see is unlocked. No ads, no in-app purchases. Made in Brazil.

Your reason: in Settings, write in one line why you blocked — it shows on the block screen, right when remembering matters most. It stays on your device. Daily usage cap: in Settings, choose how much time a day your blocked apps can be used, all together (15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes). Once the cap is hit, they stay blocked until midnight — and the count starts over every day. Pause with a latch: choose how many times a day you can go into a blocked app (unlimited, 1, 3 or 5) and how long each entry unlocks it for (2, 5 or 10 minutes). Once today's entries are used up, the block screen keeps the door shut until the protection ends. Progressive breather: the first entry of the day waits 10 seconds, the second 30, and the next ones 60. On the block screen, how many entries you've used today — and, once the cap is hit, how much time it took.
