About ippo! AI Daily Goal & Journal

One goal. One small step at a time. That’s all the app does. No 30-day programs. No finish line. No streak you have to protect. Just the next small thing you can realistically do in five to twenty minutes. How it works Put it in your own words. Tell the app what you want to work on. The app turns your goal into a simple path, starting smaller than you’d expect and building up as far as you want to go. ippo! learns from what you do and what you don’t do. Get your step. You’ll receive one clear action for today. Do it, mark it complete, and close the app. If you’re not feeling that step, you can swap it and get another at the same level. Why small Most goals don’t fail because they’re ambitious. They fail because day one is too big and day two never happens. A step you can finish before you talk yourself out of it becomes a step you’ll do again tomorrow. Small actions compound over time. And the name? ippo is Japanese for “one step.” It doesn’t end There’s no “Day 12 of 30,” no progress bar chasing a certificate. Your path doesn’t run out. It keeps expanding ahead of you as you keep moving, and each new step is set for where you are now, not where you started. What you’ll see Your streak, the number of steps you’ve completed, and the level you’ve reached. Steps are generated by AI and automatically checked before you receive them. ippo! is for general self-improvement and is not a substitute for professional advice or care. https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ https://onepercentapp.xyz/privacy

What’s new

Version 1.2.0 · Updated October 19, 2026

We made swapping a step listen to why, and gave the app a new icon. - When a step isn’t for you, say what was wrong, like no car, mornings never work, or you’re already past it, and a new step is written from what you said. - What you said stays with your path, so the steps that follow are written with it too. - The subscription screen now shows your own path, today’s step and the days ahead, instead of a list of features. - New app icon. The previous ones are still in Settings if you prefer them. Luis
