Health Data Restore

Import an existing Apple Health export ZIP back into the Health app. Scan your file for free, review eligible records and workouts, then unlock Full Restore with a one-time in-app purchase. AN EXISTING EXPORT IS REQUIRED Use a ZIP created with Export All Health Data. Health Data Restore cannot recover records that are missing from your export, create backups, or extract data from an iCloud or device backup. REVIEW BEFORE YOU RESTORE See the export's date range, eligible record types, Health access requirements, and records that cannot be imported before purchase. CHOOSE A RESTORE CUTOFF Restore the eligible history in your export, or import records before a chosen cutoff to leave newer history untouched. CONTINUE INTERRUPTED IMPORTS Large imports save progress using private checkpoints on your iPhone. Keep Restore open while an import is running. UNDERSTAND DUPLICATE HANDLING Duplicate handling covers records within the selected export and resumed import work. It does not guarantee a duplicate-free merge with data already in Health. PROCESSED ON YOUR DEVICE Arctic Studios does not receive your export or health data. No account, ads, third-party analytics, or tracking. Full Restore is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks restoring eligible records from your selected export. The scan and restore plan are available before checkout. Health Data Restore is independently developed by Arctic Studios LLC and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
