About Numza: Expense Tracker

Numza is a budget tracker and money manager for everyday spending. Personal finance in one place. Use the spending tracker for weekly totals, the finance tracker for cash flow, and budgets to set monthly limits. Scan a receipt, say a purchase out loud, or tap a category, and every transaction stays in one clear list. • Receipt scanner Snap a photo of a receipt or upload a PDF. Numza reads the merchant, total, taxes, date, and line items into a completed transaction. • Voice expense logging Say "Lunch $15.50" or "Received $500 salary" and the app parses it, marks it as income or expense, and files it under the right category. • Budget guardrails Set monthly limits for Groceries, Food, Shopping, or Bills. As a budget app, Numza warns you with color-coded progress bars before you overspend. • Reports and cash flow Compare weeks, see category breakdowns as donut charts, and a multi-week income versus expense trend showing your net savings. • Subscription tracking Recurring payments like Netflix or Spotify are logged automatically on your timezone, so billing dates stay accurate. • Multi-currency support Track balances and set limits across several currencies, for travel or freelance work. • No ads, no data selling Numza is a clean, ad-free expense manager and money tracker. It does not sell your financial data. What’s new

Version 1.11.1 · Updated October 22, 2026

What's New Edit the plan and the purchase together A plan's actions now live in the menu in its top bar. Edit plan opens a full-screen editor where you can change the purchase as well as the plan itself, and the plan re-splits its total as soon as the amounts change. Delete plan sits in the same menu, and it works on a completed plan too: it tells you what stays behind, the payments already made and the purchase itself. Payments that follow the plan A plan's payments now come from its own schedule instead of separate expense rows. An unpaid instalment still shows up, and it no longer offers a way into an expense that doesn't exist, while a paid plan's delete dialog names the payments that remain. The dashboard card now talks about this cycle The card used to repeat a balance a plan already owned. It now shows this cycle's instalment total, which is the question that card is there to answer. Retry takes you somewhere On the maintenance screen, a Retry that verifies the session now moves you to the destination it verified, instead of leaving you where you were. A plan sets its own payments A payment that belongs to an instalment plan can't be edited on its own any more. An edit aimed at it is refused rather than accepted and dropped, and a receipt recorded against it follows the same rule. To change the amount, edit the plan and the payment follows. Sessions stay signed in Updating the app no longer signs you out. If an older install signed you out, this update recovers that session and signs you back in. Love the update? Leave a review.
