About My Hiking Library
Remember the trail, not just the miles. My Hiking Library brings together your hiking workouts from Apple Health, the photos you took along the way, and the details you want to remember. It’s a personal hiking journal built around the places you’ve been. FIND YOUR WAY BACK Browse your hikes by date or location, or explore them on a map. Move around to see hikes in that area and follow the routes you took. Looking for something specific? Search your places, hikes, and notes—or try “waterfalls” to find matches in your hike photos. KEEP THE MEMORIES Bring photos and videos together with the hikes they belong to. Add notes about the view, the trail conditions, or that spot you’d like to visit again. Rate your favorite places, organize hikes into collections, and share photos with friends and family. On This Day brings past hikes back into view, with optional anniversary reminders. SEE HOW FAR YOU’VE COME Check your monthly and yearly activity, compare it with the previous period, and explore your lifetime totals. Look back at your longest hike, biggest climb, and the trails you keep returning to. Each hike can include its route, distance, elevation gain, duration, pace, heart rate, active energy, and historical weather. Home Screen widgets keep your hiking totals close at hand. YOUR JOURNAL, YOUR CONTROL There are no ads, and you control access to Apple Health. Photo search analyzes your hike photos on your device. Notes, ratings, collections, and other organizational details sync across your Apple devices through iCloud. From familiar local trails to trips you’ll never forget, keep your hiking story in one place.
