About Vocabee: Vocabulary Builder

One new word a day. Then you actually remember it. Most vocabulary apps show you a word and hope it sticks. Vocabee gives you the word, then makes you use it. HOW IT WORKS 1. GET YOUR WORD OF THE DAY Every word includes a clear definition, IPA pronunciation, real example sentences, synonyms, and its etymology. Understanding where a word came from helps make it stick. 2. HEAR IT SAID PROPERLY Tap to hear any word spoken aloud in American, British, Australian, Irish, Indian, or South African English. Reading a word is not the same as knowing how to say it. 3. LEARN BEFORE YOU EVEN OPEN THE APP Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets put a new word in front of you throughout the day. No opening the app, no tapping, and no notification to swipe away. You can learn while simply checking the time. Vocabee also includes streak and practice widgets to help you stay consistent. 4. PROVE YOU KNOW IT Practice with games including: • Match Synonyms • Guess the Word • Meaning Match • Fill in the Gap Timed challenges raise the stakes when you want an extra challenge. Streaks and progress tracking let you see your vocabulary grow over time.
