Scan a whole page of the health record: each vaccine sticker becomes a line to tick, with its batch number, on the date of the visit — and anything already in the record is not created twice. Photos read more reliably: dates the way a record writes them, small print when the page fills only part of the photo, a sticker’s expiry date no longer taken for a booster, and vaccines recognised in all six languages, accents included. Suggested booster dates exact to the day, across clock changes and 29 February. Dates and times follow your country — US English writes them the American way — and PDFs spell out the month. Plus fixes, including more accurate wording in every language.
