SG360

SG360 (Small Groups 360) is the all-in-one platform for managing your church's small groups — built for directors, supervisors, facilitators, and assistants who lead the small group ministry. Replace scattered spreadsheets and chats with a single app where your leadership team can: • Take attendance in seconds — mark members present, log guests and prayer requests from your phone, anywhere. • See reports instantly — member directories, attendance history, and executive summaries, ready to share with your board. • Work with clear roles — Director, Supervisor, Facilitator, and Assistant each see exactly what they need, nothing more. • Keep private pastoral notes — track counseling and care per member, visible only to authorized leaders. • Keep your whole team aligned — direct messages and role-based announcements, with read receipts, without leaving the app. • Sync with Planning Center Online — if you already use PCO, connect your account and keep member data current on both platforms. • Share ministry resources — study guides and documents organized by folder, available to your whole team. • Manage multiple campuses — each campus runs its own groups and leaders, with centralized oversight for the parent church. How do I get started? SG360 works by invitation: ask your church administrator to add you as a leader. Once invited, sign in with your email and access your role's dashboard.
