K&L Auctions: Wines & Spirits

K&L Wine Merchants has been buying and selling fine wine and spirits since 1976. K&L Auctions brings our auction catalogue to your phone: browse the current lots, place a bid, and track your lots at any hour, from anywhere. BROWSE THE CATALOGUE Wine, rare spirits, and the occasional bottle that's hard to find anywhere else. Sort by what's closing soonest or filter down to what you're actually after. Every lot shows the current bid, how many bids it has drawn, and the time remaining, so you can see where things stand at a glance. KNOW WHAT YOU'RE BIDDING ON Each lot has condition notes, if applicable, bottle count and size, and everything we know about the bottle, stated plainly. Critic scores, reviews and tasting notes sit alongside. A scuffed label, or damaged capsule: if it's there, it's in the notes. BID YOUR WAY Set a maximum and we bid on your behalf up to your limit and no further. Or follow a lot to the close and bid live as it happens. If a bid lands in the final moments, bidding on that lot extends, so a lot isn't won by whoever happened to refresh fastest in the last second. NOTHING SLIPS PAST YOU The Activity tab keeps every open lot you're bidding on or watching in one place. Turn on notifications and your phone tells you the moment someone bids above you, or when a lot you're following is about to close. The Closed tab shows what you won, what you were outbid on, and what's ready to check out. OUR BUYERS Every lot in the auction is catalogued by specialists who have spent their careers with wine and spirits. BEFORE YOU BID Create an account, add a payment method, and you're ready to bid. Bidding is open to buyers 21 and over. Some states restrict wine and spirits shipments, so the app shows what's available for your address before you bid. A buyer's premium of 10% on wine and 15% on spirits is added to every winning bid, and your card is charged when the auction closes and you are the highest bidder. Questions about a lot, a bid, or a delivery? Our team answers them.
