Recoria - Japan Travel Journal

Recoria is a travel journal for Japan. Post photos from a trip and the prefectures you visited are colored in on a map of Japan. The prefecture is detected automatically from your photo's location data, and you earn badges as you complete regions and the whole country. Keep every trip to Japan on one map. Log trips from years ago, see which prefectures are still blank, and save the places you want to visit next. ■ KEY FEATURES • Trip posts Combine up to 10 photos and up to 500 characters into one post for each trip or memory. Choose the month and year of the trip, so you can log journeys from years ago. • Automatic prefecture tagging If your photos include location data, Recoria reads it and tags the prefecture automatically. You can also choose prefectures by hand, and one post can cover several prefectures. • Color-in map of Japan Every post colors in the prefectures you visited. Aim for all 47, or collect regional badges such as Kanto or Kyushu. The blank prefectures make it easy to pick your next destination. • Share your map as an image Turn your colored-in map into a single image and share it on social media. • Timeline by travel style Filter the timeline by Solo, Couple, Family or Friends, and switch between For you and Latest. • Likes, comments, Want to go lists and follows React to posts, save places to your Want to go lists, organize bookmarks into folders, and follow travelers you like. • Private account Make your account private so that only followers you approve can see your posts, map and badges. • Browse as a guest See the timeline, posts and other travelers' maps before you sign up. Sign in with Google or Apple when you're ready. • Safety and support Report or block posts, comments and users. Send us a message from Settings > Contact us. You can delete your account and all of your data from within the app at any time. ■ OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS All core features are free. Optional auto-renewing subscriptions: • Lite: no ads, 15 photos per post, posts up to 2,000 characters, unlimited bookmark folders • Plus: everything in Lite, plus 30 photos per post, 3 pinned posts, detailed stats and hidden-gem spots • Max: everything in Plus, plus the world map (color in the countries you've visited, continent badges, log trips outside Japan), 50 photos per post and unlimited pinned posts Prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
