FencePost: Auto Time Clock

Built for the person doing the work - not the boss. Drop a pin where you work. FencePost starts your time when you arrive and stops it when you leave, then hands you a clean timesheet - PDF, image, or plain text - to send to whoever pays you. No account. No subscription. Your hours never leave your phone. Line cook, day laborer, equipment operator, project foreman - if you're paid for hourly work, FencePost was built for you. SIMPLE ON PURPOSE No signup. No settings maze. Drop a pin, and from your first day FencePost mostly runs itself: cross the boundary you drew and your time starts, leave and it stops - even with the app closed - with a notification the moment it happens. So there are never surprises on your timesheet. WHEN SOMEONE DOUBTS YOUR HOURS Ever been told there's no way you were in at 8:00? FencePost keeps the record: every arrival and departure stamped as it happens, raw times preserved, manual entries and edits clearly flagged. Don't argue about your hours. Show them. PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE No trackers. No reporting. No boss watching. FencePost has no account, no server, no analytics, and no ads - there is nothing in it that could watch you. It records times, not travel: the only coordinates it ever stores are the pins you placed, and nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share it. DON'T WANT LOCATION ON AT ALL? FencePost works as a complete manual tracker - tap Start when you arrive and Stop when you leave. Location access is optional and only adds the automatic part. Turn it off any time; your record stays. TIMESHEETS PEOPLE ACTUALLY READ Send a clean per-day breakdown as a text message, a PDF timesheet with signature lines, or a picture sized for a message thread. Add a day note in your own words for what got done. Rounding (exact, or nearest 5, 6, or 15 minutes per day) is always disclosed right on the report. BUILT FOR REAL WORK - Per-day deductions for lunch and breaks - Day notes: what you did, right on the timesheet - Works across multiple sites, with overlapping boundaries allowed - Sessions auto-close after 18 hours if you forget - and are flagged honestly - Complete backup archive in plain JSON: your record is always yours SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE The whole app - every screen, notification, and timesheet - works in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Vietnamese. Distances follow your measurement system: feet or meters. FREE FOR SMALL OPERATIONS Everything above is free with up to 4 active sites. FencePost Pro - one $5.99 purchase, never a subscription - adds unlimited active sites, per-site hourly rates with earnings in your currency (around 170 supported), and one report covering every site.
