About Gym Logbook: Workout Tracker

Gym Logbook is a fast, offline-first training log built for the gym floor — large controls, few taps, and sets that never get locked behind “done.” Log by tap, by voice with Siri, or from Apple Watch. TRAIN BY VOICE • “Log a set in Gym Logbook” — with your iPhone locked in your pocket, or through AirPods • Start a template, repeat a set, undo, rest and finish, all by voice • Every phrase is listed in Account → Siri AI TRAINING • Pick the muscles — as specific as upper chest, lats or glutes — and get a workout built for your level • Sets, reps and a starting weight from your own history, with the reason for each exercise • Shuffle what you don't like, then start or save it as a template. Runs on your iPhone GOALS THAT LEVEL UP • Pick up to 3 muscles and give each a weekly set target • Hit it 3 weeks out of 4 and you're offered the next level — never moved without asking • Your training level, from Elementary to Advanced, on the same card START FAST • Empty workout, templates, AI Training, or a Balanced session from your under-trained muscles • Wheel pickers for weight, reps, duration, distance, height, band level and cardio • Each set suggested from the matching set last time — Apply in one tap, Dup the last set in one tap • Name your cable machines: each keeps its own history, suggestions and seat / pin setup APPLE WATCH • Every exercise on your wrist — weight and reps wheels, Dup, Add Set and Rest in one tap • Supersets walk A → B → C; the rest timer counts down on the watch, the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island TRAIN FOR YOUR SPORT • 21 sports and six training styles: Gym, Calisthenics, Agility, Yoga, CrossFit, Stability • One Filter row narrows the whole library — search, favorites, supersets and templates follow your sport TRAIN SMARTER • 600+ exercises with muscle groups and form guides — barbell, dumbbell, machines, cables, calisthenics and skill moves • Supersets (library presets + your own) with a rest timer • Personal records at a glance, with estimated 1RM shown as a reference • Optional execution rank on skill moves SEE WHAT A SESSION COST • Optional energy estimate, off by default — an estimate, never a target; no food logging, no calorie goal • Optional heart rate from Apple Watch, off by default: live while you lift, and every exercise and set marked under the line afterwards. Heart rate is the only thing the app ever reads from Apple Health • Apple Health export for finished sessions SEE YOUR HISTORY • Calendar history; log a workout you forgot to any past day • Finished too soon? Undo a finish for 30 minutes and keep logging • Recycle Bin with 30-day restore; full backup Export / Import from Insights or Account • Insights: what to train next, lagging muscles and where every muscle stands each week • Share cards for a workout, a new PR, your month, your year or your streak KEEP THE STREAK • A weekly training goal, Game Center streak leaderboards and optional reminders, off by default YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR LANGUAGE • Optional Sign in with Apple or Google (guest works offline) • Cloud sync for finished workouts when signed in • English, Russian, Armenian, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Danish, Polish, French and Arabic Exercise illustrations are AI-generated and are there to help you recognise a movement — read the written instructions and safety notes, and ask a coach if something looks wrong. Built for gym speed. Local-first so you never lose an in-progress workout.

What’s new

Version 1.6 · Updated October 7, 2026

TRAIN BY VOICE WITH SIRI Keep your iPhone in your pocket, even locked, and talk to Siri, from AirPods too: • “Start a workout in Gym Logbook” starts one of your templates and tells you what to do first • “Log a set in Gym Logbook” logs it, and Siri asks for any number you leave out • “Same again”, “Undo that”, “Next exercise” and “Where am I in Gym Logbook” • “Rest in Gym Logbook” starts your rest timer; extend or stop it by voice • “Finish my workout in Gym Logbook” asks first, then saves Every phrase is listed in Account → Siri. AI TRAINING Pick the muscles you want to work, as specific as upper chest, lats or glutes, and get a workout built for your level. Every exercise shows its sets, reps and why it's in the plan, plus a starting weight from your own history. Shuffle any you don't like, then start or save it as a template. It all runs on your iPhone. GOALS: LEVEL UP A MUSCLE Your streak card is now a Goals card. Pick up to 3 muscles; each has a level, a number of sets a week. Meet it in 3 of 4 weeks and you're offered the next level. Nothing changes unless you choose it. SUGGESTIONS THAT FOLLOW YOUR WARM-UP Each set is suggested from the matching set last time, a small step heavier when you hit all your reps. Apply stays on every set. YOUR CABLE MACHINE, REMEMBERED Name your machines and each keeps its own suggestions, history and records. Save your seat, pad and pin settings and apply them next time. Plus one-arm and one-leg versions of 26 machine and cable exercises. FINISHED TOO SOON? PICK IT BACK UP Undo a finish for 30 minutes and keep logging. When you finish again, set the time you really stopped. LOG A WORKOUT YOU FORGOT Add a session to today or any past day from History. HEART RATE, SET BY SET Every exercise and set is marked under your heart-rate line, and long sessions read hour by hour. HELP GROW THE EXERCISE LIBRARY Made your own exercise? After your workout you can share it with us: only its name, muscles and how you log it, never your sets, weights or dates. When we add it, merge yours in one tap and keep all your history. ALSO NEW • Export and Import in Account → Manage account • Box and hurdle height for jumps, with records for highest and most reps REQUIRES iOS 26 This version needs iOS 26 or later, and watchOS 26 for the Apple Watch app.
