About Book Tracker: Lexi

Lexi turns your reading into a bookshelf you'll want to look at every night. Every book stands on the shelf spine-out, drawn from its own cover or photographed from your own copy, with a gold line rising up the spine as you read. Decorate the room around it, rank your reads on a silly tier list, rate the spice, tag the tropes, and read along with friends. YOUR SHELF, YOUR ROOM • 30 looks and 32 rooms to stand your shelves in: a Positano terrace, a fae palace, dragon cliffs, a Regency ballroom, an old library, a cherry-blossom study and more • 16 decorating collections, each with its own book nooks, bookends and curios: Witch & Wizard, Ancient Worlds, Storybook Classics, Space & Stars, Cozy Cottage, Dark Academia, Fae & Romantasy, Starlit Court, Dungeons, Mars, Dragon Riders, Glass Castle, Regency Romance, Highlands, Heist City and Italy • Lifelike book nooks, lamps and curios that stand between your books, and your own things too: photograph them and Lexi cuts them out • Real William Morris wallpaper, brick, tartan, shiplap and café tiles, with shelves of oak, walnut, marble, brass or iron • Books as thick as their page count, each spine drawn from its cover • Photograph your own copy's spine (Lexi finds it and takes the picture), or see the real spine of your edition from Lexi's shared spine library • Shelves that wrap like a bookcase, or scroll sideways, and books you arrange by hand on the shelf or in the grid RATE, RANK AND REVIEW • Rate in whole, half or quarter stars, and write a review • Tiers: rank your reads from Book Hangover and Up Til 3am! down to Wall Book and The Guilt Pile, arrange each row by hand, and share it as a picture • Paused and Did Not Finish shelves, with a note on why you stopped, and Read Again for rereads CHOOSE WHAT TO READ NEXT • Rate every book's spice, from Clean to Scorching • Tag tropes such as enemies to lovers, found family, fated mates and slow burn, or add your own • Filter your library by spice and trope, and watch the shelf light up the matches • See more by any author, including their next release READ AND KEEP TRACK • Log the pages you read each night and watch the gold line rise • A yearly reading goal, and a date to finish a book by • Focus Reading: a timer with rain, fireside or waves, and how long the rest of the book will take you • Notes on a whole book, a chapter or a single page, and passages shared as beautiful cards • A calendar showing the books you read each day, on their own shelf • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that show your shelf; tap a book to open it ADD BOOKS YOUR WAY • Scan a barcode, photograph a cover, or read a whole shelf of spines from one photo • Bring your Goodreads library over in one step READ TOGETHER • Add a friend with their code: one of you adding the other is enough, with no accounts and no strangers • Share a book and your friend gets an invitation to read it with you • See where they are in a book you share, and trade notes that stay sealed until you reach their page • Chat, and start a book club with its own shelf • Report or block anyone, any time PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no sign-up. What’s new

Version 1.6 · Updated October 31, 2026

Read together, rank your reads, and give the ones you didn't finish a proper send-off. • Book clubs: start a group, put books on its shelf, and share your place and notes with everyone reading • Reading together is private: friends ask with your code, nothing is shared until you say yes, and a note stays hidden until your friend reaches its page • Chat with a friend and see everything you've said, in every group you share • Notifications say who wrote and what • Did Not Finish: a dragon or a Laser Cat burns the book, and the scorch stays until you pick it back up • Spin Book: turn any book over to see its cover, spine and back • Download Covers gives every book its cover, spine and back cover, and you can lock the pictures you chose yourself • Find the ISBNs for books you added by title, and see which books still need one • Scanning reads the printed ISBN too, works from photos, and tells you why a book wasn't found • Tiers: rank your reads from Book Hangover to The Guilt Pile, and share the list as a picture • Rate books in whole, half or quarter stars, and write a review • Paused and Did Not Finish, with a note on why you stopped, and Read Again for rereads • A yearly reading goal, and a date to finish a book by • 16 decorating collections with their own rooms, book nooks and curios • Put your own things on the shelf: photograph them and Lexi cuts them out • A spine camera that finds the spine and takes the picture itself • Plus many fixes
