Calendo Health organises the day at children's therapy and support centres: speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, special education and related services. Reception, therapists and parents share one schedule, each seeing what matters to them, so the team can spend more time with the children. Important: Calendo Health is scheduling and organisation software. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. For medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, consult a qualified health professional. In an emergency, call 112. Getting started The app is free for people at centres that use Calendo Health. Your centre creates your account: sign in with the clinic code, email and password it gave you. Installing the app does not create an account, and Calendo Health is not a public booking service. For reception and centre admins • Today: the day's list with a summary (total, done, upcoming, cancelled) and a Now marker on the clinic clock • New appointment: child, therapist, date and a 15-minute time slot, with a warning if the therapist is already booked • Change the time, edit the session type or therapist, and cancel with a record of who cancelled • An optional extra SMS to the parent for new, moved or cancelled appointments, following the centre's default • Attendance: Present, Absent or Off schedule, with undo before it saves • Week or agenda schedule, filtered by therapist, room and status For therapists • My day and my sessions at a glance • A heads-up before each session, with the child, time and session type • Session notes for authorised staff: achievements, challenges and observations, what helped, and the plan for next time, with the previous note alongside For parents • Your child's upcoming appointments, grouped by date • Confirm, decline, or ask for a new time. Reception completes every change • Alerts for new, moved and cancelled appointments • Clinical session notes are not shown on parent accounts Children and team • Find a child by name and open a record with date of birth, next appointment, therapist and centre details • Referral information opens on the centre's website without leaving the app • Team: the centre's therapists with role and status Notifications • An inbox with unread alerts, mark all as read, and hide for later • Referral expiry reminders, grouped by day • Device notifications are optional and generic. Details stay inside the app Made with care • Greek and English, switchable in Settings • All times follow the clinic clock • Support for larger text and a comfortable iPad layout • Contact details and clinical notes are hidden on the mobile child record • Private data is not stored for offline use Billing and centre files are managed in the Calendo Health web portal.
