Tap Done and review your key workout insights, coaching & improvement tips, performance metrics etc. CHALLENGES Create or join challenges with friends, sync your sets and stay accountable together. Sign in is required for Challenges. Form analysis works without an account. SYSTEM ALERTS Inspired by Solo Leveling’s alerts - Rate My Form can schedule system alerts when you create or join a Challenge. Pick a time you usually finish (or when you want a nudge). Alerts follow your challenge schedule and the weekdays you set per exercise. See what’s scheduled and which challenges they’re tied to on the main Challenge screen. Your level up doesn’t wait for motivation. It waits for the alert. RANKED SYSTEM  Earn XP from quality sets and climb the calisthenics ranks.
