About App Blocker: RYZR

RYZR is an alarm clock and app blocker for mornings lost to scrolling. When your alarm rings, your chosen apps are blocked while you get up. Complete a simple First Move or wait until your chosen time, then build a wake routine you can keep. When your RYZR alarm rings, the apps you choose are blocked. Stop or snooze the alarm as usual. App blocking continues while you wake up. Choose a wait time that fits your morning. Your apps unblock automatically when it ends. You can also complete an optional First Move to unblock them earlier. CHOOSE A FIRST MOVE THAT FITS YOU Step outside for daylight, walk, complete a short movement, drink water, say your wake plan or connect with someone. You can also choose no First Move and simply wait for your apps to unblock automatically. BUILD A WAKE ROUTINE YOU CAN KEEP Set realistic wake times for weekdays and weekends. RYZR turns them into a morning plan you can repeat without demanding a perfect streak. Sleep research suggests that regular sleep patterns matter alongside sleep duration. RYZR focuses on one practical part: helping you follow wake times that fit your life. Morning daylight and movement can act as cues for your sleep-wake rhythm. RYZR includes First Moves that help you put those cues into practice. RYZR is not a sleep tracker and does not diagnose or treat sleep problems. WHAT YOU CAN DO Block chosen apps, categories and websites when your alarm rings Let apps unblock automatically after your chosen wait time Complete an optional First Move to unblock apps earlier Choose from movement, daylight, hydration, voice and connection First Moves Set different wake times for weekdays and weekends Add an evening wind-down app block before bed Use guided breathing and gratitude tools at the end of the day See your wake routine take shape without streak pressure BUILT FOR REAL MORNINGS Miss a morning? Nothing resets. RYZR keeps the mornings you completed and gives you a clear way to begin again. RYZR was designed by a Master Health Coach to make a consistent wake time easier to put into practice when your phone is already pulling you in. ACCESS Try every RYZR feature free for 7 days.
