About Lua: Period & Birth Control

Lua is a private period tracker with reminders for the birth control method you use. It's built on a simple idea: your cycle data belongs to you, and only you. YOUR CYCLE, CLEARLY Log your period in seconds and Lua answers the questions that matter, in plain words. What phase am I in? When is my next period likely to start? When is my fertile window? The answers come first, and the charts are there when you want them. - Period estimates based on your own cycle history - Estimated fertile window and ovulation - Cycle phase, always visible at a glance - Symptom and flow logging PILL TRACKER AND DAILY REMINDER Tap to log your pill and get a daily reminder at the time you choose, set to your pack. Every pill you log is saved in your history. Using another method? Lua has reminders for it too: - Ring: insertion and removal reminders - Patch: weekly change reminders - Shot: appointment reminders - IUD and implant: replacement date tracking Reminders are quiet notifications at a time you choose. Lua reminds you. It doesn't prevent pregnancy. TRYING TO CONCEIVE Lua estimates a fertile window from the periods you log. It's a span of days, not an exact date. Logging signs like cervical mucus, basal body temperature or ovulation tests helps Lua show how confident that estimate is. If you're already pregnant, the same app can follow your pregnancy week by week. INSIGHTS THAT MAKE SENSE Lua turns your logs into short, readable insights about your cycle, worked out on your device and written in plain words. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Lua can read your cycle history from Apple Health so estimates are useful from day one, and write what you log back. You choose exactly what to share, permission by permission. PRIVATE BY DESIGN What you log in Lua stays on your phone. - Everything you log is stored on your device - No account, no sign-up, no email - No ads and no data selling, ever Your cycle is nobody's business but yours. Terms of Use: https://meetlua.com/tos/ Privacy Policy: https://meetlua.com/privacy/ Lua provides estimates and reminders for information only. It is not a medical device, does not give medical advice or diagnosis, and must not be used as a contraceptive method. Always talk to a healthcare professional about medical decisions.
