About Pebbles: Tiny Habit Tracker
Every day you show up, you place a stone. Miss a day and the stone waits beside the stack — nothing topples. Pebbles is a tiny habit tracker for up to three daily practices. Tap once and the day is held. Miss a day and it stays open until tomorrow — tap it back in and your streak never knows. No streak freezes to earn. Nothing to buy back. BUILT FOR BAD WEEKS • A missed day waits for you — one tap makes it up, until it quietly locks • Two minutes counts: one paragraph, one push-up — a day held • A calm bell at 2:00 tells you the day is banked, even from your pocket • Mark a day as missed on purpose — Pebbles respects the difference SMALL ON PURPOSE • Up to three practices, ever — the cap that keeps hard days possible • One tap to hold the day, one tap to undo; no forms, no numbers to log • No confetti, no XP, no guilt. The reward is the act of showing up. EVERYWHERE YOUR DAY IS • Check in from your Home Screen widget without opening the app • Time a session from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island • A quiet daily reminder, and a nudge only when a streak is at stake • Full dark mode A QUIET RECORD • Your streak, longest run, total practice, average sit, and the time of day you usually show up • Practices can rest — every held day stays yours, bring them back anytime • Backed up to iCloud automatically. No account. No ads. No tracking. The science, honestly: habits don't form in 21 days. In UCL's habit-formation study they took about 66 on average — gains early, and a missed day didn't set people back. Pebbles is built for exactly that. Start with one practice.
What’s new
Version 1.0.3 · Updated September 24, 2026
Fixes the reminder’s Start action, which opened the practice but left the clock stopped. Starting from a banner now picks up a paused sit where it left off, and the Lock Screen updates straight away rather than waiting for the app. Siri and Spotlight name the practice properly: “Start meditating” and “Complete meditating” instead of two rows both reading the same thing. A first practice is clearer about what to tap — the circle is the check-in, and the timer is optional, which it never said out loud before. A practice you type yourself now gets its own identity line. Your current streak sits on the stats page beside your longest, settings open from inside a practice, and there’s a share button for passing Pebbles on.
