About Baby Teeth: First Tooth

Remember exactly when each baby tooth came in, and how old your child was that day. Baby Teeth keeps the timeline of the 20 primary teeth, with no account and no network — one profile per child, one tap per tooth. WHAT IS FREE, AND WHAT COSTS MONEY Free, with no account and no time limit: the 20 baby teeth, teething and eruption dates, the exact age to the day, notes, history, as many child profiles as you need, the PDF dental record to show your healthcare professional, and the first photo of each child. One purchase, no subscription, with Family Sharing: the second dentition, unlimited photos, and sharing keepsake PDFs and tooth cards. Preparing and previewing a keepsake stays free. Nothing that used to be free moved behind that purchase. And if you were already logging your child's teeth here before the keepsake existed, it is yours — nothing to buy, nothing to restore. ONE TIMELINE PER CHILD Create a profile for each child — including twins — then switch in one tap. Birth dates, tooth progress, notes, history, deletion, and PDF exports stay strictly separate for every profile. INTERACTIVE MOUTH See upper and lower arches in anatomical order. Every tooth has one clear state: not started, teething, or erupted. DATES, AGES, AND NOTES Add your baby's date of birth to see their exact age at each eruption. Tap any tooth to record when teething began, when the tooth erupted, and any observation you want to remember. You can record an eruption directly or reset a tooth at any time. CHRONOLOGICAL HISTORY Review every recorded event in date order, with your child's exact age, and keep important milestones easy to find. PHOTOS ON A TOOTH Add a photo to a tooth and see it in the editor and in the history. Your photos stay on your device until you choose to export them; your Apple backup settings still apply. The first photo of each child costs nothing and is never taken away from you. DENTAL RECORD FOR YOUR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL Create a free PDF named for the selected child, with the full diagram, birth date, eruption ages, dates, and notes — to show or send to a pediatrician or dentist at a visit. This document never contains a photo. SOUVENIRS KEEPSAKE — THE ONE-TIME PURCHASE, IN DETAIL The second dentition: the day each of the 20 baby teeth falls out, the arrival of its replacement, and the four first permanent six-year molars, on a second 12-slot arch per jaw. The full photo album: as many photos per tooth as you like, on top of the first one that stays free. The illustrated keepsake: choose A4 or US Letter, then zero to eight photos in your chosen order. No photo is selected automatically. Preview every page, including the name, the birth date if provided and recorded events. Long timelines continue on additional pages. A card for one tooth: choose an event, then decide whether to include the name, date and photo. The name starts hidden. Cards exclude birth date and notes. Review your preview before opening the sharing sheet. Second permanent molars (17/27/37/47) and wisdom teeth are outside the app's tracking scope. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, application server, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Dental records remain on your device. Baby Teeth is a personal log, not a medical device or diagnostic tool. Contact a qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about a child's health.
