Releasely: Model Release

Need a model release form for a photo shoot? Releasely fills in a standard release template with your names and shoot details and gives you a clean, printable PDF with signature lines — ready to sign on the day. Choose the release type, enter the photographer and the model, talent, guardian or property owner, add the optional shoot details, and tap Make Release PDF. Then print it, share it or save it to Files. • FOUR RELEASE TYPES — adult model, talent / performer (name, likeness, voice and performance), minor model with parent or guardian, and property release. • YOUR DETAILS FILLED IN — photographer or company, subject name and address, plus optional date, location, project name and consideration (for example “$1” or “a copy of the photos”). • CLEAR LAYOUT — a titled document with Parties, Agreement, optional Additional Notes and a Signatures section with signature, printed name and date lines for each party, plus an optional witness line. • PRINT, SHARE OR SAVE — print with AirPrint, share the PDF, or save it to Files. • NO BLANK GAPS — anything you leave out is simply omitted from the wording, and if no consideration is entered the standard “good and valuable consideration” phrase is used. Please note: these are template forms, not legal advice. Release requirements vary by country, state and use, so review the wording with a lawyer for your situation. The whole release PDF, headings and labels included, is in English on a US Letter page, and signing happens on paper — the app has no on-screen signature. The PDF is built on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. Try it free — 3 release PDFs. A one-time $4.99 purchase unlocks unlimited PDFs. No subscription, no ads. Questions: [email protected]
