Hrönn — Day as a wave

Hrönn draws your whole day as a single, continuous wave. Sleep rests on the line. The things that take energy dip below it. The things that give energy rise above. At the front of the line, a soft glow marks now. One glance and you feel your day — no bars, no grades, no streaks to keep. WHY A WAVE Numbers and charts turn your life into a report card. A wave just shows the shape of your day: when you pushed, when you recovered, how much you slept. It's calm on purpose. LOG IN A TAP Start an activity with one tap. Add a past session in seconds. Your own activities, your own colours — sorted into what gives energy, what takes it, and sleep. SEE YOUR RHYTHM - Today: your live wave, from last night's sleep to right now. - Week: seven days stacked, so patterns jump out. - Insight: average sleep, duty-to-recovery balance, longest unbroken recovery, and how much of the day went unstructured. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Hrönn is local-first. Everything lives on your device by default — no account required to use the app, no tracking, no ads, no third-party analytics. If you choose to sync across devices, it's end-to-end encrypted: the server only ever sees an encrypted envelope, never your day. Sign in — if you want it — is by Apple or a one-time email code. Hrönn (Old Norse for "wave") is quiet software for noticing your own days.
