Societly

Societly is an apartment and society management app built for Indian housing societies, RWAs and gated communities. It replaces the spreadsheet, the paper gate register and the scattered WhatsApp groups most societies run on, and puts residents and the committee in one place. FOR RESIDENTS - See maintenance bills, dues and receipts, with a clear breakup of every charge - Pre-approve guests and generate QR gate passes - Raise a complaint and follow it to closure with due dates - Book the clubhouse, courts and other amenities - Read notices, join community posts and list items in classifieds - Keep daily help and vehicle records for your home - Raise an SOS to your neighbours and the gate FOR THE COMMITTEE - Raise maintenance bills and special levies, and track defaulters - Run the helpdesk with assignment, SLAs and vendor jobs - Manage members, units, staff attendance and daily help - Publish notices, run polls and record meeting minutes - Keep society accounts: receipts, payments, funds and reports - See who has read a notice and what is still open BUILT FOR INDIA - 13 Indian languages - Made for the way societies here actually work: units and towers, committees and sub-committees, cash and bank, AGMs and resolutions PRIVATE AI, ON YOUR PHONE Draft a notice, summarise a meeting or explain a bill using AI that runs entirely on your device. It is an optional download, needs no server, and works offline. Meeting audio and transcripts never leave your phone. Societies go live in minutes by importing an existing unit list. There is no hardware to buy.
