About We IBD: IBD, Crohn's Tracker

Your IBD, finally clear. We IBD brings together your stools, meals and symptoms, prepares the report your gastroenterologist expects — with no account and no We IBD server. Log without typing Log a stool by tapping the illustrated Bristol scale, blood and pain. Log a meal by tapping your usual foods or "Same as yesterday". Gentle reminders, if you want them, so no meal is forgotten. No account, no We IBD server No account to create, no server of ours. Your health data never goes to a We IBD server: it stays on your devices, and in your own iCloud account if you turn on sync. On your device, the app's database is encrypted by the system. No ads, in any version. The online lookup of a scanned product that is not on your device is optional and off by default: it sends Open Food Facts the barcode, your IP address and an identification header from our studio, never your health data. Daily tracking designed for IBD • Stool diary (Bristol scale, blood, pain, urgency, nocturnal episodes) — ostomy mode included • Meal diary, with photos analyzed on the device, barcode scanning and dictation • General state: sleep, fatigue, stress, weight, temperature, treatments, extra-intestinal symptoms • Pain map, flares and remission periods, lab results A tracking indicator, not a diagnosis Calculated from your entries, inspired by recognized clinical references (Bristol scale, Harvey-Bradshaw index, partial Mayo score). A self-tracking tool to prepare your appointment, never medical advice. The report for your doctor, free A clear PDF built from your entries and, if you allowed it, from data read from the Health app: stools, blood, flares, treatments, lab results, food, and the questions you want to ask. Food traffic lights Spot the foods that suit you, based on your own history. The app waits for enough observations before saying anything: a coincidence is not a cause. Apple Watch, widgets & Face ID Log a stool or a meal in seconds from your wrist or home screen. Access protected by Face ID/Touch ID. With Apple Health (HealthKit), if you wish We IBD can read your sleep, weight, activity, temperature and other measurements to complete your tracking. This data is not sent to any server of the publisher. The full version It adds the detailed analysis: detailed indicator and trends, full history, "My insights" and its alerts when your indicators worsen, food rating and the FODMAP journey, the extended report (trend charts, comparison with the previous period) and "Prepare my consultation". Calculations are rules and statistics on your entries and, if you allow it, on data read from the Health app: no sentence is written by artificial intelligence. Tracking and the report for your doctor stay free. We IBD is a self-tracking tool and does not replace medical advice. If in doubt, consult your doctor. What’s new

Version 2.1.2 · Updated October 21, 2026

New in 2.1.2: • Fix: the "Weather and pain" card on the "Pain evolution" screen (full version) is shown again. New in 2.1.1: • The indicator now has four levels: Good, Light, Moderate, Concerning. For Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, the level follows the range of the clinical index. Fatigue and stress can no longer lift the level when the bowel part is worse: with the same entries, your percentage can therefore be lower than before, because the formula changed, not your health. The method is detailed on we-ibd.com. • Report for your doctor: a caveat specific to each index, the days split by range of the index, and the highest week. The “One-off doses recorded in the 48 h before the start of a flare” section is recalculated with every report. • New “Photos” screen (“…” menu on Home) to find the photos attached to your stools. • Settings › Privacy: the “Local storage of health data” and “Photo to show the doctor” switches, which controlled nothing, are removed. Your other choices are kept. • Low-FODMAP journey: labels revised, and a group's tolerance is no longer pre-selected. • Weather, reinstated (full version): optional, off by default, with a single switch in Settings › Consents (GDPR) › “Weather for my area”. Your position, rounded to about 10 km, is used to get the weather from Apple Weather, at most once a day. It feeds the “Weather and pain” card and a weather section of the report, as information only, never in the indicator: these are coincidences observed, not effects. Time in daylight, read from the Health app (Apple Watch), also appears in the report. • A redesigned intro, in the style of the Home screen; “Replay the intro” starts from your profile and can be cancelled. • Better layout with very large text sizes. German, Spanish and Italian now use the formal “you”. • Privacy policy (version 1.5) and methodology now on we-ibd.com. Still no account and no ads.
