Nimivo: AI Task Planner

Just say what you need — Nimivo turns your words into tasks, reminders, calendar events, shopping lists and expenses. No forms, no menus. Speak or type in plain language and your day gets organized. TALK OR TYPE Say "dentist Friday at 10am", "pick up the kids at 4:30pm" or "buy milk and eggs tomorrow" — Nimivo understands natural language and prepares the right thing: a task, an event, a reminder or a shopping list item. You always review and confirm before anything is created. REMINDERS YOU CAN TRUST The time you said is the time you get — "4:15pm", "tonight at 8:30" or "Friday afternoon at 3:30". Whole-day plans, documents with deadlines (30/7/1-day warnings) and recurring commitments like "rent on the 1st" or "gym every Monday and Wednesday at 7am" — Nimivo keeps them all on schedule with local notifications. APPLE PAY → EXPENSES Paid with Apple Pay? Nimivo can catch it. A one-time Shortcuts automation sends each card payment to Nimivo, which prepares the expense — amount, store and category — for you to confirm. Step-by-step setup is in Help. TASKS & CALENDAR IN ONE Tasks, calendar events, shopping lists, expenses and documents live in one place. Ranges like "from 2 to 4pm" become real events with a start and an end. SHOPPING LISTS BY VOICE "Buy milk tomorrow" lands on your shopping list with the day attached — one reminder per day, not a pile of notifications. KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES "Lunch $12.50 at Chipotle" becomes an expense in the right category. Dollars, pounds, euros, Canadian and Australian dollars, Swiss francs, złoty and hryvnia are all understood. PHOTOS THAT BECOME RECORDS Snap a receipt or a letter — Nimivo extracts the essentials and prepares an expense or a document with its deadline. WORKS IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Spanish, German, French, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian — commands and the whole interface. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data lives on your device.
