Get Inky

Your ultimate resale assistant, organizer, and the app that makes resale easier. We are a family of resellers, and we built Inky because we needed her ourselves. Sell for yourself, grow a resale business, rent a booth, or run the shop: wear one hat or all four. • One app for the whole business: listings, inventory, your shop and your books, together. • Everything organized: every item has one home and one record, wherever it sells. • Inky does the busywork: she writes, prices, files and keeps track, so you can get back to finding. • Honest, and you're in control: she shows every flaw, uses real sold prices, and nothing happens without your OK. LISTINGS • Shoot every angle straight into Inky (front, back, tags and flaws) without filling up your camera roll. • Inky reads the tags and writes the listing the way each marketplace asks for it. Copy, paste, post. • Photo Studio cleans up the light and framing and can give your item a new generative background. Your item's true condition always shows; Inky never hides a flaw. • "What's it worth?" checks real sold prices. • "Where should this sell?" suggests the marketplace each item sells best on. You can cross-list with Inky, but we've found the best results come from putting the right items on the right marketplaces at the right time. • Build the bulk-upload CSV files marketplaces ask for. INVENTORY Total inventory management: the floor, storage, online, and what sold. • Put items away in a bin or a booth spot, so you always know where something lives. • See what's waiting, what's listed and what sold, in one place. • Unfinished work and reminders keep track of what's half-done and what needs a nudge. BOOTHS AND SHOPS • Inky Intake gets an item into your booth or shop with one photo and a SKU. • Ring up sales at checkout, scanning price labels with your iPhone's camera. • Manage your vendors and settle what each one is owed. • See your shop's numbers: sales, payouts and sales tax. INKY ACCOUNTING Sales, expenses, receipts, profit and loss, and year-end: a full set of books, so you don't need a separate bookkeeping app. Scan a receipt with your camera, and a long receipt becomes one expense. INKY PRINT Send Inky a shipping label from any marketplace, as a PDF or a screenshot. She finds the 4x6 label, crops it, and prints it. RAID TRAINS Organize your live raid trains with your friends, with one shared lineup everyone can see. ASK INKY Ask a selling question and get a plain answer, or let Inky point you to the right place in the app. RUN A MALL OR A SHOP? Inky Mall OS, our desktop register, pairs with your Inky app: • Items you add with Inky Intake on your phone show up at the register, ready to sell. • Ask for price tags from your phone; they wait at the register for one tap to print. • Your phone tells you when the register makes a sale. • Booth vendors see their sales and what they're owed, right in the app. INKY RUNS ON PEARLS A Pearl is one piece of work Inky does for you, like writing a listing or checking a price.
