Nularo

You cannot lie to it. Nularo is a creature that lives on your Apple Health data. Every morning it reads how you actually slept and moved, and tells you the truth about it in one short, deliberately unkind sentence. There is nothing to log. Nothing to remember. It reads your night while you are asleep and is waiting when you wake up. HOW IT WORKS · It reads sleep, movement and heart data from Apple Health. Read-only. It never writes anything back. · Every morning it delivers one verdict about last night. Not advice. Just an opinion, with your real numbers in it. · Its mood is your night, worn on its face. Good sleep and real movement, it is insufferable. Neither, it is wrecked. CREATURE AGE Your creature has its own age, and only your sleep and movement move it. Keep the habits and it stays close to yours. Neglect them and it gets older than you, fast. Recalculated every week, with a breakdown of exactly which habit added or removed years. THE RECORD Every night, every verdict, every pledge, kept. Sleep duration and stages, movement, resting heart rate and HRV, all trended over time, compared only ever to your own normal. WHAT IT IS NOT Nularo is entertainment built on top of numbers your phone already records. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a health assessment. Creature Age is not a biological age. It never tells you what to do about your health. If something worries you, talk to a doctor. SUBSCRIPTION Nularo requires a subscription after setup.
