Only de-identified metrics are shared with external services: heart rate, heart-rate variability, breath index, stress, sleep, steps and workouts — with no name, e-mail or other identifying data. Every recipient is named in the app with its legal entity and country. Laboratory results, body composition, body measurements and anything you enter manually are never shared. Your skin tone and religious preference never leave the phone at all.
