DomuHQ: Roommates & Flats

Finding a place is hard. Finding people you can live with is harder. DomuHQ matches you with roommates based on how you actually live, not just what you can afford. Sleep schedule, cleanliness, noise tolerance, pets, guests. You see a compatibility breakdown before you ever message someone. FIND THE RIGHT PEOPLE Set your preferences and budget, then browse people whose living habits line up with yours. Each match shows you where you align and where you do not, so there are no surprises after you move in. VERIFICATION YOU CAN SEE Users can complete an ID and liveness check to earn a verified badge. You can see who has verified before you decide to message them. SQUAD UP Cannot afford a place alone? Form a squad with friends or with compatible strangers, vote on properties together, and submit a single joint application. Private, semi-open and open squads are all supported. GOT A SPARE ROOM? Already renting and looking for someone to share with? List your spare room, see who applies, and choose a person you actually want living with you. You stay in control of who joins. LANDLORDS AND HOSTS List your property, review applicants, message a whole group in one thread, and keep viewings organised in one place. ONE ACCOUNT, EVERY ROLE Switch between roommate, renter and host profiles without creating a new account. Your situation changes, your account does not. BUILT FOR LIFE IN CZECHIA Works in Czech and English. Made for students, young professionals, locals, and people arriving in the country for the first time. DomuHQ is free to download and use. Roommate matching, property search, squads and messaging are all included at no cost.
