Schlep locks the apps you pick. Your steps unlock them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps that eat your day. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, games. 2. Walk. Every step counts from the first one. No daily goal to clear. 3. Spend them on the apps you locked. The rate fits how much you already walk, and you can make it easier or stricter. Walking is the only way in. No delay screens, no breathing exercises, no willpower checks. WHO IT IS FOR - People whose screen time doubles on the days they never leave the couch. - People who have installed three app blockers and turned all three off by Thursday. - People who would walk more if their phone gave them a reason.
