Landed: Wine & Spirits Pricing

Landed is a pricing calculator for the wine and spirits trade. It prices a product from FOB or ex-cellars to the shelf in the US, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. It works for stateside and direct import, and it replaces the spreadsheet. It covers the standard inputs: FOB, ex-cellars (EXW), sequential discounts, duty, tax and freight, depletion allowance, case packs and retailer GP. It runs on iPhone, iPad, and Apple silicon Macs. One purchase covers all three. It is in English and Spanish. FIVE COUNTRIES, WINE AND SPIRITS - US: wine excise for forty-two states, spirits excise for 33 license states and DC, federal rates and the tariff by origin - UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand: alcohol duty, excise, VAT, WET and GST, each rate with its source and the date it was last checked - Each market keeps its own currency: USD, GBP, EUR, AUD or NZD - Spirits price at the build's strength. The scanner reads packs such as 6x1.75L - A rate not confirmed from a primary source says so RATES STAY CURRENT - Landed checks once a day for updated rate files from landedwineapp.com. A dated rate change reaches the app within 14 days, with no App Store update - Settings says which rates are in use. If the check fails the rates in the app are used ON THE MAC - Menu bar commands, keyboard shortcuts, right-click menus and drag and drop - A side column holding the build, every saved market, or your history - Print the build, or save it as a PDF THE CALCULATOR: FREE - Stateside and Direct Import modes using one consistent engine - FOB or ex-cellars pricing, with freight-to-port building up to FOB - One saved market, free.
