Nella: Personalized Meditation

Most meditation apps give you a library to search. Nella creates personalized guided meditations for you. Choose what’s on your mind and receive a personalized practice shaped around you. Your intentions, preferences, reflections, and practice history help make each meditation more relevant. The more context you choose to share, the more we understand how you like to practice. Whether you have twenty minutes to reflect or only need a brief reset, Nella helps you begin without searching through a crowded library. It is a practice that adapts to you. Nell is a meditation and self-reflection product. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or an emergency service. A paid, auto-renewing subscription is required to access Nella's content. Available plans, pricing, and trial eligibility are shown before purchase.
