HarvestRelay

HarvestRelay is the operational backbone for licensed cultivation teams: farms, locations, plants, harvests, site plans, and compliance preparation in one place, on iPhone and iPad. TRACK YOUR OPERATION • Live overview of every farm — plant counts, active harvests, and what's due soon • Farm profiles with maps, licenses, and nested locations (greenhouses, hoop houses, drying rooms, and more) • Interactive site plans with live plant counts per area • Plant records with lifecycle stages, cultivars, tags, and movement history • Harvest batches with wet weights and drying placements • Scan plant tags with the camera for instant lookup COMPLIANCE PREPARATION, DONE RIGHT • The Metrc submission queue organizes what needs to be entered into the official Metrc system and when it is due • Dual-control workflow: one person enters, a second person verifies • Complete audit trail of every action BUILT FOR TEAMS • Role-based access control — owners, managers, compliance staff, and field crews each see exactly what they need • Multi-farm organizations with per-farm scoping • Works alongside the HarvestRelay web portal IMPORTANT HarvestRelay is an independent operational recordkeeping and compliance-preparation platform. HarvestRelay is not Metrc, is not affiliated with or endorsed by Metrc or any regulatory agency, and does not connect to or submit data to Metrc. A person performs every entry into official systems. HarvestRelay requires an organization account. Visit harvestrelay.com to get started.
