TowYardIQ

From the call-out to the auction hammer. TowYardIQ runs your dispatch, your yard, your lien sales, and your compliance in one console - built by a team writing tow-management software since 2017, with the lien rules for all 50 states already loaded in. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Your dispatchers and drivers don't sit at desks. TowYardIQ for iPhone puts the whole operation in your pocket: • Push notifications for new calls - accept or decline with priority and ETA the moment dispatch assigns you • Home-screen shortcuts straight to My Jobs, New Call, and Yard Inventory • VIN scan from the camera - works under bridges and in garages; AI reads the VIN, matches the plate, and tags damage on intake photos • Photo capture for intake and damage documentation, straight from the phone DISPATCH Live board of every truck - en-route, on-scene, in-tow. Emergency, rotation, PD, and private-property calls flow in and get matched to the right truck and driver. YARD Drag a vehicle into its spot. Heat-mapped occupancy, capacity at a glance, and every vehicle findable in seconds - 60 spots or 600. 50-STATE LIEN ENGINE Notice timing, mailing requirements, sale windows, statutory forms, court-vs-DMV thresholds - encoded for all fifty states and kept current. Lien notices auto-generate in your state's format and certified-mail in one click. BILLING THAT DOES THE MATH Itemized release invoices with mileage, storage tiers, after-hours surcharges, and state-correct tax - calculated, not guessed. Card and ACH payments supported. COMPLIANCE, AUTOMATED Deadlines, fee caps, and required notices run on deterministic rules 24/7 - the work that should never need a human decision. TowYardIQ is the native iOS client for the TowYardIQ platform (towyardiq.com). Free to get started - set up your yard in minutes, no setup call required.
