HouseholdOS: Roommate Manager

HouseholdOS is the operating system for shared living. Built by roommates, for roommates — with the legal details handled right. FOR THE HOUSEHOLD ADMIN: Set each roommate's rent and utilities by month. Upload bill PDFs as proof — everyone sees the real statement and exactly what their share is. Confirm payments with one tap, backed by a permanent, tamper-proof audit log you can rely on if things ever get legal. Approve join requests, run inspections with photo documentation, accept security deposits, and manage move-outs with New York's 14-day deposit return rule built in. FOR ROOMMATES: One glance at your home screen shows what you owe and when — rent by the 1st, utilities by the 15th — with a Venmo button pre-filled to pay in seconds. RSVP to house events, chat with the house, post to the board, check in your guests, and view your lease and disclosures anytime. Moving out? File your 30-day notice and track your deposit return, all in-app. EVERYTHING ELSE: Shared calendar & meetings • Chore logging • Issue reporting with photos • House rules & legal document vault • Guest stay compliance • Push notifications for everything that matters • Sign in with Apple or Google • Full account deletion anytime. Fair splits. Real receipts. No awkward money talks.
