About Repline: Workout Tracker
Repline is a strength-training log, and it's free. No subscription. No account. No ads. No "Pro" version that nags you to upgrade. Nothing to buy, ever — just a lifting log, and that's the whole deal. WHAT IT DOES Build a routine, start it, and log your sets. Weight, reps, done. The screen you use most is the one you're looking at, and there's nothing on it you have to learn. • Routines you build once and reuse forever • Fast set logging — weight, reps, and a big Complete Set button • Per-set rest timers, with an alert that reaches you even with the app closed and your wrist down • Warm-up sets, kept out of your working-set numbers • Supersets, per-exercise notes, and sticky notes IT JUST SYNCS TO YOUR WATCH This is a real Apple Watch app, not a remote control. Log the whole session from your wrist if you want to. • Start on either device, finish on either device • Sets you log on one show up on the other, mid-workout • Rest countdown and a buzz on your wrist • Nothing to pair, nothing to sign in to — install it and it's already synced IT KEEPS SCORE • Personal records tracked automatically — weight, reps, and volume • A record and a history for every exercise you do • Your full workout history IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Your training data lives on your device. There's no server, because there's no account. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is sold — there are no ads to target and no subscription to sell you on. Optionally, Repline writes finished workouts to Apple Health. That's the only place your data goes, and only if you say yes. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO Repline doesn't do plate math, body measurements, progress photos, macro tracking, coaching, or social feeds. If you want those, there are good apps that do — most of them for a yearly subscription. This one is for people who just want to write down what they lifted. iPhone + Apple Watch. Free. That's it.
What’s new
Version 1.0.1 · Updated October 25, 2026
Repline is now free. No ads, no subscription, no account, nothing to buy. This update is mostly fixes, many of them from your feedback: • Typing a weight or rep count works the way you'd expect: the cursor goes where you tap, you can clear the field, and there's no lag. • The + and − buttons respond instantly and snap to clean plate weights, so 137 lb goes to 140, not 142. • Undoing a completed set now sticks, instead of sometimes flipping back once your phone and watch catch up. • Your watch no longer reopens a workout you already finished. • The watch arrows now work on the last set, the buttons are bigger, and nothing slides out from under your finger when a rest ends. • The watch no longer awards personal records it can't be sure of when your phone is out of range. • Finishing a workout is smoother: one confirmation, the summary always shows up, and empty workouts are no longer saved. • On iPhone, Apple Health is now connected from Settings, instead of interrupting your first finished workout. • Your phone no longer loses a workout in progress because of something sent from your watch, and you'll be told if a workout started on the other device replaces an unfinished one. • Routines: you can type weights like 62.5, deleting a routine asks first, and supersets can be removed. • Previous weights, set counts in History, and routine progress are more accurate. • The number pad now has a Done key, so it never hides the Complete Set button. • In a workout's overview, the superset and rest-time buttons open on the first tap instead of closing the overview. • A set logged at 0 lb no longer earns a weight or volume record. • With larger text sizes, History, the rest timer and other screens no longer split words across lines. • Several crashes fixed, and the app is a much smaller download. Thanks for lifting with Repline.
