Unplug Me: App blocker + focus

Reclaim your time and attention. Unplug Me locks your distracting apps. The only way to unlock them is to plug in your phone. Set a timer to unlock them for a short period, and when the timer ends, they lock automatically again. No willpower required. Turn your phone into a dumb phone most of the day, plug it in to make it smart again. HOW IT WORKS • Choose which apps stay locked, everything else is blocked • Plug in your charger at home to unlock them • Unplug, and your phone locks again on its own • Calls and texts always get through, even while locked WHY IT WORKS Our system is designed to provide just enough friction that you can't easily open your apps but not too much that you'll be frustrated and just give up deleting ours. • No in-the-moment willpower required • The benefits of a dumb phone, without giving up your smartphone • Built on Apple's Screen Time API. Private, on-device, no ads Four emergency unlocks a week for when you're out. 1 minute wait if you run out of emergency unlocks. Scheduled blocks for hours when nothing opens, even plugged in.
