Vela - Hair Product Tracking

Vela — Product Tracking for Hairstylists Every stylist knows the feeling: you finish a beautiful balayage, charge $180 for it, and have no real idea how much of that you just spent on product. The color, the lightener, the toner, the bond builder — it all comes out of your pocket, and most stylists are guessing. Vela turns that guesswork into real numbers. Track product cost per client Log the products you use at each appointment. Vela calculates the exact cost and shows you your profit based on your own markup. See your real numbers Your dashboard shows what you've made, what you've spent, and your product profit — by week or month. Manage your inventory Your shelf updates automatically as you log. Vela flags what's running low so you're never caught short or overbuying. Keep client records Every client gets a profile with their appointment history, formulas, notes, and before-and-after photos — all in one place. Built for the chair Fast, clean, and designed around the one thing that matters: knowing your numbers. Whether you're renting your first chair or running a full book, Vela helps you price with confidence, buy smarter, and finally know your numbers. Vela Free — 10 appointments free.
