Whitetail Hill

The tools we use on our own ground, in your pocket — free. Whitetail Hill is the app for hunters who want to improve their property and their hunting success. Map and measure your food plots, keep track of them with plot profile, get wind direction forecasts for your stands, see exactly where the sun is at what time, turn your soil test into a plain-English plan, and get matched with the right seed and trees for your dirt, your zone, and your goals. When you have a question, you message our team and a real person answers — we hunt and plant too. MEASURE YOUR PLOTS Draw a plot on satellite or walk its edge with GPS. Get exact acreage, then exact quantities — seed, lime, and fertilizer scaled to your plot. No more math. SUN CHECK Stand in your plot, hold up your phone, and see the sun's path across the sky for any month. How much sunlight your plot gets per day. Great for identifying trees to cut and new areas for plots. SOIL TEST CALCULATOR Turn a lab report into a plan in plain English: what your pH means, exactly how much lime and fertilizer your plot needs, and the simplest way to get there. No more math or asking a buddy about your soil test, just simple instructions. "Apply ____ lbs of lime and _____ lbs of 13-13-13 fertilizer to this plot. Seed with 12 lbs of Bucks and Beards for a great food plot" SEED & TREE GUIDES Answer a few quick questions about your ground and goals. Get matched with the right seed blend or trees for your planting zone — with planting windows set from your plot's actual location. YOUR PLOTS, YOUR PLAN Every plot you map gets its own profile: what's planted, what it needs, saved plans, and tools for that exact piece of ground. Pin stands, trails, cameras, and feeders on your property map — with wind direction on every pin. Everything you need to turn your property into truly great hunting land! A REAL PERSON, ONE TAP AWAY Questions about a plot, a blend, or a struggling tree? Send a photo and ask.
