About channelBar Feeds
channelBar Feeds brings news, podcasts and video channels together in a single stream. You see at a glance what's new – and nothing counts as read just because you scrolled past it. ONE STREAM FOR EVERYTHING • RSS and Atom feeds, podcasts and YouTube channels in one list • Filter by channel or source, with full or compact rows • Unread items stay marked until you read them • Consume Later keeps whatever doesn't fit right now • Search finds it all again – even inside podcast transcripts PODCASTS WITH ALL THE TRIMMINGS • Playback starts right away, without waiting for a download • Chapter marks to jump around • Transcripts to read along and search, when the podcast provides them • Silence trimming – for all podcasts, per feed or right in the player • Speed from 0.5× to 3× • Sleep timer by minutes or by chapters • Controls on the Lock Screen and in Control Center • Listen offline: episodes in Consume Later can download to your iPhone, on Wi-Fi only if you like VIDEO CHANNELS AS FEEDS • YouTube channels become feeds with thumbnails • Keep Shorts, leave them out or see only Shorts – per feed • Open videos in the YouTube app, in the in-app browser or in your browser QUICK TO SET UP • Guided setup: pick your languages and interests, and channelBar suggests news, podcasts and video channels from a curated selection • Add your own feeds by search, from the podcast directory, by web address or by YouTube channel • Password-protected feeds work too • OPML import and export EVERY DEVICE ON THE SAME PAGE Pair channelBar Feeds with channelBar for Mac, another iPhone, channelBar TV or channelBar Vision using a QR code or a code – up to three devices. Feeds, read state, Consume Later and your listening position come along – and a podcast playing on your iPhone can be picked up seamlessly on your Mac or another iPhone. channelBar TV is free and shows your channels as a mosaic on your TV; channelBar Vision places them as windows in your space. Messages your Mac receives – from webhooks, MQTT or Shortcuts, for example – show up on your iPhone too. Pairing is optional, and you can leave individual channels out of sync. YOUR LOOK • Light, dark or matching the system • Row height, unread badge and player bar the way you like them READY FOR iPhone Duo • Folded, the controls sit in the vertical bar at the edge • Unfolded in landscape, the player shows two pages side by side – such as Chapters and Shownotes • On wide screens, image and text sit side by side, with an image width you choose PRIVACY channelBar Feeds has no tracking, no ads and no analytics. Your data stays on your iPhone. Only when you pair devices does the channelBar Cloud Service keep it in sync between them. TRY AND BUY The download is free, and you can try every feature free for 14 days. After that, a one-time in-app purchase unlocks channelBar Feeds for good – no subscription needed. Family Sharing is included. Without the trial or the purchase, the app is locked; your channels and messages stay untouched. channelBar for Mac and channelBar Vision are separate apps, each with its own purchase.
