SIX AI COACHES Buddy, your general coach, plus sleep, mindset, physio, nutrition and performance coaches: write to the one you need. Your coaches know your goal, can look at a photo you share, and you can dictate instead of typing. YOUR HEALTH DATA, WITH YOUR PERMISSION Bestplay Athlete only reads sleep, heart rate, steps and similar data from Apple Health, and uses it to tailor your readiness and weekly plan.
