NthScroll

You don't need another app telling you you've spent 47 minutes. Nth counts what actually matters: how many reels you've watched. Set a daily budget — say, 60 — and browse like normal. A quiet gauge counts down as you scroll. When you hit zero, Nth doesn't lock you out: it asks you to take one slow breath, and then the choice is yours. Feeling lucky? Spin the wheel for a few bonus reels (small, capped — seasoning, not a loophole). Stay under budget and your streak grows. • One number, not a timer — "87 reels" hits different than "43 minutes" • A breath at zero, not a lockout — friction, not force • Spin to earn a few extras, hard-capped daily • Streaks for days you stay under • Short-form video hidden from your regular feed, so browsing is safe • Everything stays on your device — no accounts, no tracking, no data collected Nth works with the mobile websites of Instagram and YouTube, which you browse under your own account. It is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by those services.
