About Cordial Systems
Cordial is the field companion to the Cordial Systems operations platform, giving EMS and public safety crews one secure place to complete daily readiness work, document what happens on shift, and keep their agency audit-ready — from a phone or iPad. Crews handle their day-to-day operational and compliance tasks in one app, and administrators get the oversight and reporting they need to run the agency. Everything is organized by role, so people see what's relevant to them. Access is granted by your agency. Cordial is licensed to EMS agencies, ambulance services, fire districts, and public safety organizations; your administrator issues your credentials. Cordial holds operational and compliance records, not patient care reports, with guardrails that discourage entering protected health information. Sign-in is protected by your agency access code, your password, and a personal PIN, with Face ID to unlock a saved session. Requires an active agency account and a subscription held by your agency.

Sign-in asks for your agency access code, the same as the website. Turn on "Remember my email and agency code" to fill it in next time. Works with no signal: forms you send while out of service go out when the phone reconnects, and the records you opened last stay readable. Protocols open at once on a weak signal. The app locks when you leave it and opens where you left off. "Hey Siri, ask Cordial" answers questions about your agency. Home screen: press and hold a tile to move it, or drop it on another to make a folder. Map - Layers open as a drawer beside the map. - Your stations and your Mutual Aid partners' stations. - Wildfires and planned burns near your service area. Tap one for its size and containment. - Live aircraft drawn from above; landed medical helicopters stay on the map and their names no longer stack. Calls for Service and Fleet show the radio call sign beside the truck number. Risk Assessment - Starts with the transfers dispatch sent that have no assessment yet, and says so when there are none. - Unfinished assessments are saved and listed for the whole agency, so anyone can pick one up. - The crew member is asked once and filled in with your name. The keyboard closes when you scroll, tap away, or tap Done. Fleet: Fuel Log with Scan receipt; device checks, one truck a day; Station Checks. Translator: listens sooner, 31 languages, and says why when the microphone cannot start. Incident Command: answer another agency's request for help from the phone. Emergency Planning: Mutual Aid partners' plans. Controlled Substances: your Witness PIN is your own six digits; confirm or dispute a record you witnessed. Expired stock goes to Master (Expired), and Move / Restock follows the master safe rules. Also: report dashboards, every file on a personnel record, booked service on the schedule, hydrant status emails, budget payments from receipts, road cameras on the risk assessment route map, View As Person for admins, and a new sign-in screen.
