Onside: Learn Football

Football finally makes sense — and you finally belong in the conversation. Onside is football, explained for new fans. No gatekeeping, no jargon, no dumb questions. Whether you got pulled in by the World Cup or you're about to follow your first league season, Onside gets you from "what is offside?" to matchday-ready in days, not seasons. YOUR FIRST SEASON — A 14-DAY CRASH COURSE One three-minute lesson a day: how a match works, offside (finally), positions and formations, tactics you can actually see, fan culture, and the football calendar. Free until the season kicks off. Every lesson ends with something to do with a real human — because football is the world's biggest shared culture, and the point is joining it. ASK ONSIDE — YOUR PATIENT FOOTBALL FRIEND Confused mid-match? Ask anything: why the flag went up, what a "low block" is, what to say in the group chat. Runs privately on your device — no account, no servers, no judgment. It will never invent scores or results; it explains the game instead. THE FIVE PILLARS A reference library you can browse freely: The Rules, The Positions, The Tactics, The Culture, and The Calendar — including every confirmed major tournament years ahead, with honest guidance on how tickets and trips actually work. WATCH WITH PEOPLE Find where your club's fans gather near you, walk into a football pub alone with confidence, or host a watch party for friends who don't watch football either — Onside writes the invite for you.
