About Tabelo HoReCa
Tabelo Staff is the employee app for businesses using Tabelo to run their teams — clock in and out, see your schedule, and stay on top of your daily tasks, all in one place. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Clock in and out for your shift — by GPS, QR code, NFC tag, or face check-in, depending on what your workplace uses • See your rota and upcoming shifts at a glance • Complete daily tasks and checklists, with photos where needed • Follow training modules assigned to you • Submit requests, like time off, to your manager • Get reminders for shifts, deadlines and unread messages • Chat with Dono opa, an in-app assistant, for quick answers about your schedule and tasks • Track points and progress as you go GETTING STARTED Your account is created by your employer — there's no sign-up in the app. Once your workplace adds you, you'll receive login details to get started. PRIVACY Location is used only to confirm you're at your workplace when you clock in or out — never tracked in the background. If your workplace uses face check-in, you'll always be told before your first photo is saved, and you can delete it yourself at any time in Settings. Available in Uzbek, Russian and English.

Tabelo 1.3.0 A new look • The iOS 26 Liquid Glass design across buttons, headers, sheets and tab switches. • Redesigned checklists: a clean list with more room between items, so it's harder to tap the wrong one. A live checklist is marked with a red "Live now" chip. For everyone • Faster clock-in: clocking in and out confirms much quicker. • Camera zoom: 0.5×, 1× and 2× for checklist and task photos. • A break timer on the home screen. • On your Lock Screen: a break countdown, and a Clock out button as your shift ends. • No more being signed out when the connection drops. • Reminders when your own work is overdue. • Updates and announcements appear at the top of the app. For managers • Give out tasks with Dono opa: write a sentence and @mention who it's for. • Draft announcements and quizzes with Dono opa, and edit them in the chat. • Not done today: every branch and department in one list. Remind the person or mark it handled. • Missed-work alerts now name the branch and department. • Choose when those alerts reach you in Settings: off, only on shift, or anytime. Fixes • Items that need several photos work again. • Removed stray loading spinners. • Crash reports help us fix problems faster.
